Branding and Design
To reflect its student-orientated target audience, Housingmaster’s new brand was conceptualised using a vibrant, fresh approach.
From the creation of the logo to the accessible colour palette and accents, our design team crafted a brand that would stand the test of time by carefully crafting each element to ensure that a harmony was achieved when aspects of the brand where combined.
This created a unique and recognisable brand which will scale over time and allow versatility to shine through, and directly reflects its core user group.
When it came to designing the user experience for the system, special care was taken to use repetitive system patterns in order to create familiar, consistent experiences and interactions across all of the feature sets of the platform.
Leasing Applications Management
The module allows for digital signatures and documentation storage allowing all parties easy access to signed lease.
Property Inspections
The inspection module gives the property management staff visibility on the condition of all assets and properties at any point in time.
Billing
The integrated billing module generates scheduled and ad-hoc invoices that can be issued via multiple channels. The invoices are downloadable directly from the system by both your staff and tenants.
The system is integrated to various payment gateways for ease of processing payments from tenants.
Asset Management
Integrations with the Property Inspection module and Vendor Management module allow for easy scheduling of inspections and replacement or repairs over the lifecycle of the different assets.
Interactive Communication Portal
The communications module allows for two-way liaison between tenants and landlords, and tracks and categorises any query types from maintenance to grievances and everything in between.
Reporting
The activity reporting module allows for comprehensive report generation that allows timeous decision making on all your property management elements.
Vendor Management
Our Vendor Management module allows for loading of all your approved vendors together with your procurement thresholds.
Visitor Management
The secure Visitor Management module ensures all users of your properties – Tenants and their visitors – are safe and can be tracked.
Residents' Dashboard
Logged in residents have access to a dedicated, personalised dashboard, where they can manage all aspects of their stay, from signing the lease to their final exit inspection.
Residents are able to log queries and incidents and easily find help and support.
Amongst other things, the dashboard includes document storage, room management, room inspections, visitor and account management, as well as event calendars.
Admins and Managers
We built full suite dashboard that allows managers complete control over all aspects of the platform.
From managing residential applications and lease signing, to maintenance and reporting, this powerful system enables managers to oversee all aspects of managing a residential business efficiently and seamlessly.
The Website
The website provides the perfect springboard for users to get to know Housingmaster and to explore and apply for residence.
A simple landing page includes all the necessary information about Housingmaster for users and students.
Students can register themselves and search for their perfect property and residence.
Once found, students can apply for residence, and then track their progress on their student dashboard.
